It was her love of fitness and passion for helping others which led her to open Fitness Fury. Jen believes that her clients and trainers are family, and it shows. The first class is even FREE! :) - Haley Rounding If anyone had told me five, even ten years ago, that I would happily pull myself out of bed in the morning to be at a gym for 5:30am, I would have thought they were crazy!! Little did I know that one November Saturday morning when a close friend and I decided to give this "new little boot camp in town" a try, that my life would be forever changed. This is what happens to you when you become a member of Fitness Fury. You are given the skills, confidence, encouragement and most of all, the belief to achieve health and fitness goals that you never thought were possible. Everyone knows that any successful organization begins with a strong, dedicated leader who has their heart in the right place and this is exactly what owner/trainer, Jennifer Cassidy possesses. Jen was born to motivate others and uses the skills that she has attained as an athlete and the knowledge that she has gained through training to bring her members the results they are longing for. She also has created an environment where everyone cheers each other on and celebrates their accomplishments, just like a family. On a personal note Jen, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking an uncoordinated, unconfident, arts major girl to a level of fitness that I had only dreamed of. - Lana Bergeron I was never an active or athletic person and I had let my health take a backseat to my 3 young children. One day I decided to make my health a priority and I joined Fitness Fury. I liked going because there were people there from all different age groups and fitness levels. The head trainer/owner, Jen, has such a passion for fitness and nutrition, it's contagious!
